Atlantic beaches near the campsite

A campsite right beside the water, a stone's throw from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Atlantic.

The ocean can be reached via a path through the sand dunes, just 350 metres away from the camping Les Grands Pins in Lacanau. With surfing and bodyboarding, sandcastles, games in the water and sunbathing, the whole family will be content when they visit this huge, fine sand beach. For everyone's safety, the bathing area at the north beach is patrolled from mid June until early September.

For freshwater swimming, head for the beach of le Moutchic on the lake of Lacanau, just 7km from the campsite.

And when the day comes to an end, all you have to do is use the access way to the campsite beach and walk for a hundred or so metres to enjoy watching the sun set over the ocean. A magical moment to experience on holiday at the Yelloh! Village Les Grands Pins. A genuine paean to nature!
